Every successful build starts with a plan. This first step helps determine your budget, financing options, and overall goals. If you’re building on your own land, we’ll also review the property to understand site conditions, utilities, and access. Pre-qualification confirms financial readiness and allows us to move forward with confidence.
Step 2: Purchase or Construction Agreement
Once planning is complete, we formalize the project with a purchase or construction agreement. This locks in pricing, outlines the scope of work, and documents any options or upgrades. If applicable, earnest money or initial deposits are collected and credited toward your home.
Step 3: Design & Interior Selections
This is where your vision takes shape. You’ll work with our design team to select finishes, materials, and interior details that reflect your style. Whether you’re choosing from curated options or creating a fully custom design, we guide you through every decision—both in person and remotely if needed.
Step 4: Home Start Package
With designs finalized and financing approved, you’ll review and sign your Home Start Package. This confirms your selections and gives us the green light to begin construction. At this stage, permits are finalized and the build schedule is set in motion.
